Loíza Street Station is in Calle Loíza with another entrance from McLeary Street in Ocean Park.

Located on 1959 Loiza Street and with ample parking on Mcleary Street, the new redevelop and design office space building add great value to our tenants. We offer restaurants options such as Berlingeri (Vegetarian), Restaurante Raíces (Puertorrican Food) and El Paladar Restaurant (Vegetarian), the last 2 coming soon in 2020, also Auto Shine Car Wash and Ashtanga Yoga.

In other words, Loiza Street Station is the place to be!

El Comedor

El Comedor is a space located on the 4th floor of the building and for the use of all tenants. This space offers a place to eat, share or just have a drink. Bringing lunch to work? This is the spot!
